How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Orately → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Orately cannot process cancellations directly — all subscriptions are managed by Apple.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Orately → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Orately → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all recordings, scores, progress, and account data within 30 days. You can also email us at adk0110112@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."

How do I export my data?

Open Orately → Settings → Privacy & Data → Export My Data. We'll prepare a downloadable archive and notify you when it's ready.

Is my voice data private?

Yes. Your recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in private authenticated buckets, and never shared with third parties for advertising. Audio files are automatically deleted after 90 days unless pinned. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What iOS version is required?

Orately requires iOS 17.0 or later. We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest iOS version for the best experience.

Does Orately work offline?

Basic recording functions work offline, but AI analysis, coaching, Arena conversations, and data sync require an internet connection.

I'm having trouble with sign-in

Try these steps: (1) Ensure you're using the same sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email) as when you created your account. (2) Check your internet connection. (3) Update to the latest version of Orately. (4) Restart the app. If the issue persists, email adk0110112@gmail.com.
